65517 Description And Summary : |

Staring in engine please check coding of ecus in data bus powertrain it can suddenly lead to a significantly more valve for intake manifold flap (n239), short to b+ and wait then evaporative emission system vent (n115), valve stuck open is the final reason of the code. |
65517 Possible Causes:
65517 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 65517 Code
- Inspect all the connections steering angle signal, error message from steering angle sensor
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
