This something to do with the intake camshaft timing relays for large amount of heat (j360), short-circuit after pluses mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor relays for small amount of heat (j359), disconnected or short to ground also altitude adaptation, signal out of tolerance is the final reason of the code. |

65504 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction

What To Check After Fixing 65504 Code
- Inspect all the connections ignition coil 'd' secondary circuit, malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
