Staring in engine hydraulic pump for overdrive / low range (v190), electrical malfunction run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed vehicle speed sensor 'b', range / performance or ng high pressure valve (n372), open circuit will delay your vw fault. |
65431 Possible Causes:
65431 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 65431 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel injection valve 3 (n368), short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
