The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'd', circuit intermittent It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake secondary air injection valve 4 (n385), circuit open circuit or change linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 4 / common ground wire, short to ground is the final reason of the code. |
65429 Possible Causes:
65429 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 65429 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 1/2 lambda probes before kat exchanges
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
