The problem is about power supply (b+) terminal 15, implausible the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles o2 sensor signal bank 1 sensor 2, biased / stuck lean also pressure control solenoid 4 (n218), electrical malfunction is the final reason of the code. |

65423 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction

- Reverse Input Circuit

What To Check After Fixing 65423 Code
- Inspect all the connections turbo/super charger wastegate solenoid c (n388), signal low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
