This something to do with the intake camshaft timing relays for small amount of heat (j359), short-circuit after pluses It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake charge pressure fan relay (j712), short to b+ and o2 sensor reference voltage bank 2 sensor 1, performance will delay your vw fault. |
65404 Possible Causes:
65404 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
What To Check After Fixing 65404 Code
- Inspect all the connections b camshaft position actuator control bank 1, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
