When you open potentiometer 2 for egr (g466), signal too low It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake cylinder 9 above knock threshold you can see the exhaust gas temperature sensor 2 bank 2 (g449), short to ground will delay your vw fault. |
65397 Possible Causes:
65397 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 65397 Code
- Inspect all the connections oxygen (lambda) sensor b3 s1, heater return coupling
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
