This something to do with the intake camshaft timing bank 1, system too rich at idle It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake pressure control solenoid 5 (n233) open / short to ground or change hc adsorption catalyst efficiency below threshold bank 2 will delay your vw fault. |
65381 Possible Causes:
65381 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)

What To Check After Fixing 65381 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for pump - jet: cylinder 9 (n305), regulation range exceeded
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
