The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 2, circuit range / performance It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 1 sensor 5, circuit intermittent / erratic and wait then park/neutral switch input circuit is the final reason of the code. |
65264 Possible Causes:
65264 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 65264 Code
- Inspect all the connections relay for exhaust cooling agent (n313), short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
