The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2 / common ground wire, open circuit causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system air flow restriction / air leak between air filter and maf or valve for pump - jet, cylinder 4 (n243), electrical malfunction is the final reason of the code. |

65226 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 65226 Code
- Inspect all the connections relay for exhaust cooling agent (n313), open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
