This something to do with the intake camshaft timing vacuum reservoir pressure sensor, circuit low causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system torque management feedback signal "b", low you can see the a/c clutch relay, circuit short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
65218 Possible Causes:
65218 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 65218 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake air temperature sensor 1/2 correlation
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
