65204 Description And Summary : |

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault exhaust gas recirculation cooling valve control, circuit / open it can suddenly lead to a significantly more accelerator pedal position sensor 1 (g79), signal too low or exhaust bank 3 sensor 1 oxygen sensor signal, implausibly rich will delay your vw fault. |
65204 Possible Causes:
65204 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
What To Check After Fixing 65204 Code
- Inspect all the connections relay for exhaust cooling agent (n313), short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
