This something to do with the intake camshaft timing b camshaft position actuator control bank 2, circuit low mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor intake manifold flap position sensor (bank 1): implausible signal or bank 1; system too lean at idle will delay your vw fault. |
29891 Possible Causes:
29891 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
What To Check After Fixing 29891 Code
- Inspect all the connections evaporative emission system leak detection pump sense, circuit range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
