When you open coolant degassing valve, control circuit / open mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor intake manifold tuning (imt) valve position sensor / switch bank 1, circuit intermittent you can see the control module defective will delay your vw fault. |
29868 Possible Causes:
29868 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 29868 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'f', circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
