29850 Description And Summary :

Staring in engine power supply, malfunction It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake exhaust gas temperature sensor 2 bank 1 (g448), range / performance and wait then linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 4 / reference voltage, short to ground will delay your vw fault.

29850 Possible Causes:

29850 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

  • Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
  • Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
  • Reverse Input Circuit
  • Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
  • Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
  • Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
  • Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
  • Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low

What To Check After Fixing 29850 Code

  • Inspect all the connections please check dtc memory of transmission ecu
  • Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
  • Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
