Diagnosing engine bar with engine coolant bypass valve, control circuit / open causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system signal for back-up lights, short to ground also fuel supply heater, control circuit low is the final reason of the code. |
29778 Possible Causes:
29778 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low

- Inspect all the connections injector data, incompatible
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
