This something to do with the intake camshaft timing exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 2 sensor 5, circuit / open mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor oxygen (lambda) sensor b1 s1, heater return coupling or linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 4 / pump current, short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |

29719 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 29719 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'e', circuit range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
