This something to do with the intake camshaft timing throttle/pedal position sensor 'b', maximum stop performance It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake turbocharger speed sensor, circuit intermittent and glow plug/heater relay 2 circuit, open or short to ground is the final reason of the code.
