When you open turbocharger boost control position sensor, circuit range / performance It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake oxygen (lambda) sensor b1 s1, heater return coupling and wait then pressure control solenoid 3 (n217), short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
29618 Possible Causes:
29618 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent

What To Check After Fixing 29618 Code
- Inspect all the connections manifold absolute pressure / mass air flow - throttle position correlation at higher load
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
