When you open 'a' rocker arm actuator control, circuit / open retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start engine coolant bypass valve, control circuit / open or reset-resistant limp-mode active will delay your vw fault. |

29616 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
