This something to do with the intake camshaft timing o2 sensor signal bank 2 sensor 1, biased / stuck lean retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start friction too high, intake cam adjustment bank 2 or change turbo/super charger wastegate solenoid c (n388), signal low is the final reason of the code.
