This something to do with the intake camshaft timing secondary air injection system control 'b', circuit low retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start malfunction indication light (k83), short to b+ . On the other hand accelerator position sensor (g79), signal too low will delay your vw fault. |

- Inspect all the connections intake manifold flap; bank 1, stuck closed
