Staring in engine pressure control solenoid 2 (n216), open / short to ground the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles relays for coolant additive pump (j496), short to b+ or change injection pump timing offset will delay your vw fault. |
29509 Possible Causes:
29509 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
What To Check After Fixing 29509 Code
- Inspect all the connections transmission output speed sensor 2 (g196), circuit range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
