When you open valve for exhaust flap 1 (n321), short to ground It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake exhaust bank 4 oxygen sensor correction behind catalyst, rich control limit exceeded and wait then glow plug/heater relay circuit, electrical will delay your vw fault. |
29486 Possible Causes:
29486 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
What To Check After Fixing 29486 Code
- Inspect all the connections secondary air injection system air flow/pressure sensor bank 1, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
