Staring in engine please check dtc memory of ecu number 2 to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so fuel level sensor 2, performance also pressure control solenoid 1 (n215), short to b+ will delay your vw fault. |
29478 Possible Causes:
29478 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction

What To Check After Fixing 29478 Code
- Inspect all the connections powertrain data bus, missing message from abs controller
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
