This something to do with the intake camshaft timing exhaust bank 3 oxygen sensor correction behind catalyst, lean control limit exceeded it can suddenly lead to a significantly more motor for intake manifold flap (v157), open / short to ground or change throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'f', circuit low will delay your vw fault.
