The problem is about intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit bank 2 retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start 'b' rocker arm actuator system, performance or stuck off . On the other hand fuel injection valve 3 (n368), short to b+ is the final reason of the code.
