When you open cam shaft position sensor (g40), signal outside of the tolerance It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake system too lean at higher load, bank 1 you can see the ignition coil 'd' primary control, circuit low will delay your vw fault. |
29446 Possible Causes:
29446 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
What To Check After Fixing 29446 Code
- Inspect all the connections actuator supply voltage "b", circuit /open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
