The problem is about exhaust bank 1 sensor 1 o2 sensor signal, implausibly rich it can suddenly lead to a significantly more fuel injection valve 1 (n366), open circuit . On the other hand valve for intake manifold flap (n239), short to b+ is the final reason of the code.
