The problem is about relays for large amount of heat (j360), disconnected or short to ground mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor supply voltage for fuel injector group a, open circuit or valve for fuel bypass (n312), interruption/short-circuit after mass will delay your vw fault. |
29424 Possible Causes:
29424 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
What To Check After Fixing 29424 Code
- Inspect all the connections bank 2, exhaust cam wave position sensor (g301) / crankshaft position sensor (g28), wrong allocation
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
