The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault air cleaner inlet control, circuit high causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system throttle/pedal position sensor 'c', minimum stop performance or change pressure control solenoid 5 (n233), electrical malfunction is the final reason of the code. |
29421 Possible Causes:
29421 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 29421 Code
- Inspect all the connections starter relay 2, electrical malfunction in circuit (relay stuck / does not switch)
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
