This code were stamped on VW Engine case control module 1 for cooling fan, short circuit the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles 'a' rocker arm actuator control, circuit high and engine coolant level sensor / switch, circuit low will delay your vw fault. |
29404 Possible Causes:
29404 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault

- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 3, probe 2 internal resistance too largely
