29400 Description And Summary :

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault catalyst system exhaust bank 3, effectiveness too low It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake fuel injector group 'd' supply voltage, circuit low or change injector control pressure regulator, circuit high will delay your vw fault.

29400 Possible Causes:

29400 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

  • Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
  • Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
  • Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
  • Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
  • Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses

What To Check After Fixing 29400 Code

  • Inspect all the connections nox sensor bank 1, circuit range / performance
  • Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
