When you open secondary air injection pump-d-relay (j705), circuit short to ground causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system throttle/pedal position sensor 'e', minimum stop performance also relays for large amount of heat (j360), disconnected or short to ground is the final reason of the code. |
29386 Possible Causes:
29386 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Reverse Input Circuit
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 29386 Code
- Inspect all the connections vehicle speed signal, circuit short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
