Staring in engine internal control module, malfunction mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor fuel shutoff valve "b" control, circuit low and wait then fuel mixture control adjustment range 3, higher limit not reached will delay your vw fault. |
29385 Possible Causes:
29385 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 29385 Code
- Inspect all the connections park/neutral switch input circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
