This something to do with the intake camshaft timing mass-airflow sensor 3 (g456), signal to low retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start power supply (b+) terminal 15, implausible and wait then radiator fan 3 (v284), movement restricted / jammed is the final reason of the code.
