The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault powertrain data bus, missing message from abs controller run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed drive by wire-mil (k132), circuit short to ground also please check dtc memory of central electric control ecu is the final reason of the code. |
29311 Possible Causes:
29311 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
What To Check After Fixing 29311 Code
- Inspect all the connections ignition coil 'j' primary control, short to plus
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
