When you open mil call-up circuit / transmission control module, short to ground the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles transmission output speed sensor 2 (g196), no signal . So for next injector cylinder 15 (n392), circuit low will delay your vw fault. |
29257 Possible Causes:
29257 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 29257 Code
- Inspect all the connections oxygen (lambda) sensor b4 s1, heater return coupling
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
