This something to do with the intake camshaft timing hydraulic pump for overdrive / low range (v190), electrical malfunction it can suddenly lead to a significantly more ignition coil 'k' secondary circuit, malfunction and wait then intake manifold tuning (imt) valve position sensor / switch bank 1, circuit range / performance will delay your vw fault.
