The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 3 / common ground wire, short to b+ causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system ecm/pcm power relay sense, circuit range / performance . On the other hand vehicle speed sensor 'b', circuit low is the final reason of the code.
