Accumulated in electronic control units so please check dtc memory of engine ecu It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake exhaust pressure regulator vent solenoid, control circuit low and a/c control module requested, mil illumination will delay your vw fault. |
29216 Possible Causes:
29216 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
What To Check After Fixing 29216 Code
- Inspect all the connections diesel particulate filter regeneration frequency
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
