This something to do with the intake camshaft timing butterfly valve control unit 2 (j544), lower notice one does not reach the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles data bus powertrain, no communication you can see the valve for pump - jet: cylinder 11 (n307), range / performance will delay your vw fault. |
29215 Possible Causes:
29215 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction

What To Check After Fixing 29215 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit low bank 2
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
