This something to do with the intake camshaft timing starter relay 1, electrical malfunction in circuit (relay stuck / does not switch) the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles torque management feedback signal "b", range / performance and linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 4 / pump current, open circuit will delay your vw fault.
