The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault starter relay 2, electrical malfunction in circuit (relay stuck / does not switch) mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor fuel injection valve 4 (n369), short to ground. So for next powertrain data bus, missing message from steering wheel electronics is the final reason of the code.
