When you open starter activation, return message terminal 50, implausible signal causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system pressure control solenoid 3 (n217), open / short to ground . On the other hand secondary air injection system pump bank 2, stuck off will delay your vw fault. |
29177 Possible Causes:
29177 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High

- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction

What To Check After Fixing 29177 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for exhaust flap 1 (n321), open circuit
