When you open torque management feedback signal "b", range / performance to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so power supply terminal 30, voltage too low or intake manifold tuning (imt) valve position sensor / switch bank 1, circuit will delay your vw fault. |
29170 Possible Causes:
29170 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 29170 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel mixture control adjustment range 2, higher limit not reached
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
