Staring in engine a/c request b, circuit low run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit low bank 2 also pressure control solenoid 3 (n217), open / short to ground is the final reason of the code. |
29163 Possible Causes:
29163 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 29163 Code
- Inspect all the connections pressure control solenoid 3 (n217), electrical malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
