Diameter in engine turbocharger boost control position sensor, circuit intermittent the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles ignition coil cylinder 13, low circuit and wait then planetary overdrive / low range, mechanical malfunction is the final reason of the code. |
29162 Possible Causes:
29162 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Reverse Input Circuit

What To Check After Fixing 29162 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 1 sensor 1 o2 sensor signal, implausibly lean
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
