This something to do with the intake camshaft timing turbo/super charger wastegate solenoid c (n388), signal low to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so fuel injection valve 4 (n369), open circuit or change starter relay 1, electrical malfunction in circuit (relay stuck / does not switch) is the final reason of the code.
