The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault data bus powertrain, missing message from central electronics to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so o2 sensor pumping current trim bank 2 sensor 1, circuit high . On the other hand exhaust bank 4 oxygen sensor correction behind catalyst, lean control limit exceeded is the final reason of the code. |
29146 Possible Causes:
29146 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low

What To Check After Fixing 29146 Code
- Inspect all the connections bank 1, exhaust cam wave position sensor (g300) / crankshaft position sensor (g28), wrong allocation
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
